When does the mail ship?
All mail will be packaged and shipped out during the first week of the month.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping is included in subscriptions. All mail is sent with Canadian postage via letter mail and is untracked. Below is a rough estimate of the transit window:
- For Canadian and US members: ~14 business days
- For international members: ~ 21-30 business days
I don’t see my country for shipping
As we are just starting, we will gradually add countries that are in demand, if you do not see your country listed, please email us and we will have it added asap!
Lost Mail
If you have not received your letter after the estimated transit window, feel free to contact us. Lost mail will be valid for a one time replacement free of charge. Please reach out to our email luckyarchiveclub@gmail.com to receive a replacement. Note: after this one time replacement, we will not be responsible for any subsequent lost mail. At this time we are unable to refund any lost mail.
